Tate Modern & reading

A recent trip to London saw me taking hundreds of photographs of tourist spots, works of art and all the usual stuff one shoots when in our beautiful capital but these two images are among my favorites mainly because they’re taken at The Tate Modern..P1200535aaa this first one because it shows that book shops will always have customers even though we can now read anything and everything on kindle and iPad..P1200583..and this second one cause it shows that reading is still one of the nations favorite pastimes…and ’cause I love the brickwork behind her.

  1. Books! I’ve over 150 on photography alone & wouldn’t swap one for a Kindle stuffed with a thousand books in it! And I love chasing down bargains… Fine pix & words, Dawn.
