set up

Saw this shattered bus stop window and knew immediately I had to do something with it..and so after some umming and ahing I tried to get the shot from inside the shelter..this wasn’t easy because there were people in the shelter waiting for the bus to open the doors and let them on. Well IContinue reading “set up”

she’s in love…the writing on the wall

more street from the Northern Quarter in Manchester…the city is fabulous for street photography, there’s an image everywhere and the writing on the wall in this image made me stop and look twice…a little bit sinister I think, have tried to find the author but had no luck.

beautiful disaster

The man in black

Just another day in Blackpool..love his Johnny Cash style and the look he’s giving me…he really is the main character in this image but I wonder if he was on his own or on a different street would the image still be as good?

I couldn’t believe my luck when on a recent trip to London to photograph urban art I spotted this guy and everything fell in to place…the door artwork by ‘skeletoncardboard’Continue reading “Another serendipitous moment”

Scary

Just turned a corner in London and there it was..how could I resist? I did have to back up a wee bit to fit it all in and was still struggling but wasn’t going to leave without capturing it. The best thing about street photography for me is that it always surprises me…there isn’t aContinue reading “Scary”
