The benefits of having a bad night and not sleeping very well is that you get to go out in what feels like the middle of the night but is really 5:30 on a lovely Sunday morning..it was quite chilly and crisp this morning so in anticipation of the supermoon eclipse due tonight I dragged on layers of clothing and wandered down to the estuary to enjoy the peace & quiet and see what I could see.
The light is really beautiful on this coast and the air was filled with the sound of the birds waking up and flocking along the estuary to feed.
Am happy I woke too early today ’cause I got to see those things others missed and capture with my camera those little ‘attimi della vita’ that won’t happen again.

3 super shots there Dawn – It is nice to be up before the streets are aired, though I never seem to get out through the door, these days. I must tear myself away from the screen…….
