children…a force of nature

Am late posting this week but time has flown and was wracking my brain and searching through hard drives trying to find something for The Daily Post that had nothing to do with the weather. Then it came to me…weekends with grandma…my grandsons and their friends are the most powerful force of nature I know and they wear me out. They empty the cupboards of food,  the fridge of drinks, empty the biscuit tins of biscuits, cakes and goodies and anything edible…then they fall in to bed, tired from play..chattering and laughing till eventually they fall asleep…leaving me to recover till next weekend.10495046_10204697011968415_4276113586281682033_oIn response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Forces of Nature.”
